Exciting things took place on the 8th November. Invitations Illustrated were invited to take part in a photoshoot with Inspired Brides Magazine.
The theme was 1920’s and a host of different wedding suppliers created goods to fit the navy & gold colour scheme.
As well as being able to take some lovely shots of the flatly I created for the photographer for my own social media, I met some really lovely people! I wanted to take the time to give them a shout out here & advise you check them out for some wedding supplier loveliness…
Fetti and Bow – Really lovely mother & daughter team, beautiful florals and amazing balloons! I spent a lot of time chatting to them & taking their tips on gold leafing, which I still need to try out.
La Couture – BEAUTIFUL dresses from amazing designer, Rosa Clara. The elegant, slim beaded gowns glittered in the Autumn sunshine & also fit the 1920’s theme perfectly.
Christine Cara – Completed 2 separate make up looks on the beautiful model, Emily. The first was a soft, natural look & the second a much more dramatic look. She was super friendly, very talented & had beaut rose gold & black new balance on. (Yes, I have purchased them).
From Midlands Weddings – Susan Hopkins. Sue was soo lovely!! And did an amazing job styling both an indoor and outdoor table. Sue was really friendly and full of advice & I’m not being biased just because she gave me a bottle of prosecco for helping her move things! Sue works for Midlands Weddings but is also a wedding planner & I can only imagine how dreamy your wedding would be if you got her to plan it for you.
I had a great day and got some lovely shots of my work in a beautiful setting – The Old Palace in Worcester. The highlight was definitely meeting & working with lovely people. And I’m really looking forward to seeing the final pictures in Inspired Brides.
